Word of God

The words of God

"Coram Deo" she said as the wind changed direction.
"what does it mean?" Finley said with a gentle glare.
"It means the end is near.." she responded.
"That is not what you said in latin..." Finley looked at her.
There was a tear in her face.
"Dont cry"
"I've dreamt it so many times, but this is different" She lowered her face.
The wind changed direction again, and she would now close her eyes. For some reason, the world seemed the same, but the ambience did not.
There was little hope on the race of men, she had been warned for some reason, that there would be a time of many pains.
"God spoke to me Finley,
he wrote words in the sky,
and he moved my hands through a map."
Finley looked bewildered,"could you recognize the map?"
"indeed, he showed me places on earth. Safe places on earth to be in."
Finley wanted to ask more, yet he would not. He understood she had been dreaming of the end of the world as we know it, and that she had been
troubled for many nights with such dreams. This dream was different.
"I could hear his audible voice, but it was not a voice I could recall now... in such dream we both spoke in such ways, but now I can't recall the words.."
Finley wrapped his arms around her. The wind stopped. He too could feel the end to be near, the end of something.
She turned around and faced him and with tears of hope she said
" Coram deo... it means before the face of God "

This dream was quite strange, some of it was filled with anguish and then as well, hope.
Finley my boyfriend was with me and we had that conversation. This dream involved dreaming in a dream, which
I have to yet understand. Everything here is real and nothing is created.

I have been dreaming about the end of the world for many nights now. Another special thing about this dream, is that the term Coram deo is a term that I don't recognize. I never took latin, and my extent of knowledge of it is Carpe Diem from the movie Dead Poets Society.

After I googled it, It really did mean "before the face of God." Dreams can be unexplainable, but such is my mind.

Several amazing artists:
